The role involves day-to-day tasks such as developing and maintaining MERN stack applications, collaborating with the design team, implementing new features, and ensuring the scalability and performance of the applications.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack development
• Experience in developing and maintaining web applications
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior UI/UX and Graphic Designer to join our team. This role combines user interface and user experience design with strong graphic design expertise to deliver visually engaging, user-friendly, and brand-consistent digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept to execution for web, mobile, and digital platforms.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for websites and applications.
• Develop intuitive UI designs that enhance user experience and meet business goals.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into creative solutions.
• Design impactful graphics, illustrations, and marketing collateral that align with brand guidelines.
• Ensure design consistency across all digital touchpoints, maintaining high visual and usability standards.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX and graphic design.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design standards and creative processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX and Graphic Design roles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both UI/UX projects and graphic design work.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
• Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
